Is an acknowledged authority on Podiatric medicine in Flagstaff and the surrounding Northern Arizona communities for more than 40 years.

Dr. Wiebe utilizes conservative care and treatment. X-Ray, laboratory care and most treatment procedures are performed in the office. He focuses on identifying and treating the multiple causes of patient’s foot and leg pains.

A graduate of Northern Arizona University, and the California College of Podiatric Medicine, San Francisco, CA, Dr. Wiebe is a staff member at Flagstaff Medical Center and Page Hospital.

• Sports injuries resulting from hiking, running and biking

• Utilization of biomedical foot control

Dr. Rachel

Dr. Rachel O’Connor brings the most up-to-date and innovative care to her patients. A graduate of the University of Arizona and Midwestern University, she has acquired unique experience through her years at the Carl T. Hayden Veterans Administration Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. on complex foot and ankle problems. Her service to our Veterans and their families has provided her with special compassion in dealing with all foot and ankle problems. As the wife of a Veteran, she understands those special needs.
